Blood Angels: Everything Coming to Pre-Order in 2024
In the shadowed halls of the Arx Angelicum, whispers of forthcoming war in the universe of Warhammer 40K echo like the tolling of ancient bells. The Blood Angels, those celestial warriors born of Sanguinius’ sacred bloodline, are poised to descend upon the enemies of the Imperium with the fury of a storm. As the dark clouds gather on the horizon, the faithful sons of Baal prepare for a prelude to bloodshed that shall carve their legend anew into the annals of Warhammer 40K history.
The looming pre-orders herald the arrival of the Blood Angels Space Marines Army Set, a testament to the Chapter's undying wrath and unbreakable resolve. With the darkened skies as their witness, the Sanguinary Guard, Chaplains, and Captains shall once more don their sacred armor, their deeds soon to be inscribed in blood and gold. Let those who stand against the sons of Sanguinius tremble, for the angels of death shall soon descend, and with them, the end of all hope for their foes.
Let's take a look at the upcoming Blood Angels space marines pre-orders!
Blood Angels Space Marines Codex
The standard Codex supplement is soon to arrive, crafted for those whose minds remain untainted by madness, steadfast in their resolve against the encroaching darkness.
Blood Angels Space Marines: Sanguinary Priest
While all Chapters harbor a cadre of Apothecaries to mend wounds and recover the sacred gene-seed, the Sanguinary Priests of the Blood Angels bear a far graver responsibility – the mastery over the Red Thirst, a relentless bloodlust that haunts every Son of Sanguinius throughout his existence.
To succumb to this insatiable thirst for blood is a mark of profound shame, save for the most desperate of moments. Only the Sanguinary Priests possess the arcane knowledge of rituals and ceremonies needed to quell this horrific hunger for slaughter, holding it at bay until the hour of reckoning demands its release.
Blood Angels Space Marines: Blood Angels Captain
The Captains who command the companies of Baal and their successor Chapters must embody the Emperor’s divine will – warriors of unparalleled combat prowess, their regal bearing enough to humble even the most arrogant of planetary governors. Their new miniatures capture every facet of their meticulously honed virtue.
Clad in intricately sculpted armor, reminiscent of that worn by Commander Dante himself, the Captain is a vision of martial excellence. He can be armed with a variety of sacred weapons, including the fabled inferno pistol, a relic blade, chainsword, or power fist. Each arm offers two distinct poses, allowing for a stance of readiness or a more composed demeanor. The kit is further adorned with an array of heads, ornate pauldrons, and other accessories, enabling you to craft a figure that exudes both authority and nobility.
Blood Angels Space Marines: The Sanguinor
Descending from the heavens in moments of utmost peril, the Sanguinor is a living enigma, cloaked in mystery and clad in gleaming gold armor, with seraphic wings that evoke the angels of ancient legend. Little is known of this celestial warrior beyond his blinding appearance and his uncanny ability to arrive at the darkest hour, bringing swift and certain doom to the enemies of the Blood Angels.
Within the iron-clasped pages of the sacred tome known as the Carta Sanguinorum, the Blood Angels chronicle each miraculous intervention of the Sanguinor. Scholars, ever vigilant, have noted a curious overlap between the Sanguinor’s deeds and those of Commander Dante... yet, no further revelation has been divined, and his true identity remains an unsolved riddle.
Speculation abounds regarding the Sanguinor’s true nature. The Inquisition whispers that he is a manifestation of the empyrean, born from the collective psychic will of the Blood Angels—a sign of a deep and troubling flaw within their gene-seed. Others argue that he is the spirit of Azkaellon, preserved by the Emperor’s Grace and sent to guide his brothers in their darkest hour. The truth, shrouded in gold and shadow, continues to elude even the wisest among them.
Blood Angels Space Marines: Sanguinary Guard
The Sanguinor may be a singular force, but where he cannot tread, the ancient veterans of the Sanguinary Guard descend like golden bolts from the heavens, their roaring arrival capable of turning the tide of battle in an instant.

With a lineage that reaches back to the Great Crusade, the Sanguinary Guard stand as the most elite of the Blood Angels’ warriors. Their ranks are clad in relic armor of dwindling supply, each suit a masterpiece of craftsmanship, armed with the sacred Angelus boltguns and adorned with death masks that strike terror into the hearts of their foes. These relics have been painstakingly retrofitted to the new Tacticus Mark X armor, blending the old with the new in a fusion of divine power.
These resplendent veterans, with their jump packs blazing, leap into the fray to shatter enemy lines. They carry fluttering banners from the earliest days of the Chapter, released from the sacred vaults of the Arx Angelicum only in times of dire need. Each of the three Sanguinary Guard models offers options for customization, from bare or helmed heads to the choice of wielding elegant encarmine blades or the newly forged encarmine spears—one of which may be bestowed with a banner, flying high as a beacon of wrath and glory in the heart of battle.
Blood Angels Space Marines Army Set
Few among the Space Marine Chapters are revered with the same awe as the Blood Angels, the exalted Sons of Sanguinius. Their Chapter cult and battle order are unlike any other, steeped in dark ritual and arcane strategy, demanding a Codex all their own to accompany their distinctive miniatures.
But to merely unveil the Codex Supplement: Blood Angels and fade into the radioactive twilight of Baal would be a disservice. A new Army Set looms on the horizon, more wrathful than ever before.
For those questioning the absence of crimson, fear not – the red tide shall soon surge forth (with perhaps a gleam of gold). Yet these Adeptus Astartes have succumbed to the dread curse of the Black Rage, their noble discipline twisted into unbridled ferocity as they are damned to the ranks of the Death Company.
This malady, born in the fires of the Horus Heresy, has ravaged the Chapter’s gene-seed, shredding the minds of its warriors and casting them into a perpetual nightmare. They are condemned to relive the agonizing death of their beloved Primarch, time and again, their fury unquenched. Few have ever wrestled this madness into submission, but one such figure emerges anew to lead the Death Company – Chaplain Lemartes, the Guardian of the Lost.
Lemartes remains ensnared by the Black Rage, yet through sheer force of will, he retains his sanity, guiding his fallen brothers into the fray. His new miniature captures this primal energy, poised atop a shattered stairway, exuding raw, feral power.
Astorath, the High Chaplain of the Blood Angels, has not been idle in these dark times. As the Redeemer of the Lost, he bears the grim burden of bestowing the Emperor’s Peace upon those brothers who have descended too far into madness, beyond the hope of an honorable death in battle. In this new army set, he joins Lemartes, ready to dispense this final mercy.
Astorath’s latest miniature preserves his iconic, airborne stance, aided by his ornate, winged jump pack. The Executioner’s Axe is clenched in both hands, its weight balanced by the intricate golden details and finely wrought musculature of his armor, which have been rendered with even greater fidelity, all while honoring the original design.
The rest of the set is comprised of 20 Death Company Intercessors – 10 with jump packs, and 10 without – each customizable with an array of brand-new Blood Angels upgrades and transfers.
These enhancements include a vast array of aesthetic adornments, from blood drop talismans to sculpted pauldrons and the noble visages of Baalite warriors. Signature items of wargear, such as inferno pistols and eviscerators, speak to the savage lineage of the Sons of Sanguinius.
Completing the set, a Brutalis Dreadnought stands ready, a towering behemoth of steel and rage, the perfect armored companion for this horde of blood-mad warriors. The new upgrade sprues include a Death Company badge, and the box itself comes with the new Codex Supplement, featuring rules for unleashing these Dreadnoughts on the battlefield in all their fury.
This exclusive Codex Supplement: Blood Angels debuts within this very box, graced with a cover of dark beauty. Accompanying it is a set of datacards, detailing all 18 datasheets in the book. Additionally, the Codex introduces new Detachments, expanding upon the grim possibilities found within the Codex: Space Marines.
