This set includes model construction kits of the F-14D Super Tomcat and the F/A-18E Super Hornet. During his training in the film "Top Gun" the rebellious young naval aviator Pete "Maverick" Mitchell flew a Tomcat. In the new film "Top Gun: Maverick" however the Super Hornet plays a central role for the now legendary Pete Mitchell.
